WPT ASIA is a network that provides information and services relating to WPT events, tournaments, Vouchers, and other related services in countries and regions throughout Asia.

The Services may include:

• Information about WPT SEOUL and other WPT ASIA-related events and tournaments
• Information about WPT ASIA Vouchers
• Services relating to the sale, award, and use of WPT ASIA Vouchers
• Integration with POKERSTATION
• Information about hotels and other related services
• Campaigns and promotions
• Other WPT ASIA-related services provided by us

The content of the Services may vary depending on the country, region, event, tournament, or other applicable conditions.

WPT ASIA Vouchers are issued by Khartes Holdings Limited.

The conditions governing a Voucher, including available services, value, expiration date, and method of use, may vary depending on the country, region, event, tournament, or other conditions established by us.

Users must review the conditions applicable to a Voucher before acquiring or using it.

We do not guarantee that the conditions, value, or available services applicable to a Voucher in one country or region will apply in the same manner in another country or region.

In Japan, the Japan eSports Poker Association sells WPT ASIA Vouchers as an authorized sales agent under an agreement with Khartes Holdings Limited.

Vouchers may be sold through the Japan eSports Poker Association or through dealers and other businesses designated by us or by the association.

The sales price, quantity, method, campaigns, and other sales conditions will be displayed or announced separately at the time of sale.

Vouchers may be used in countries, regions, facilities, events, or services designated by us, subject to the conditions established by us.

When using a Voucher, Users may be required to present a POKERSTATION ID or other information designated by us.

Unless otherwise specified, Users may not:

• Exchange a Voucher for cash
• Request a refund
• Transfer or resell a Voucher fraudulently
• Fraudulently duplicate a Voucher
• Use a Voucher by a method not authorized by us
• Otherwise use a Voucher in a manner we deem inappropriate

A Voucher may have an expiration date.

The expiration date will be displayed through POKERSTATION, the official WPT ASIA website, information provided at the time of sale, or another method designated by us.

A Voucher cannot be used after its expiration date.

Unless required by law or otherwise expressly approved by us, we will not provide a refund, exchange, extension, or other compensation for an expired Voucher.

POKERSTATION is a service owned and operated by the Japan eSports Poker Association.

WPT ASIA may use POKERSTATION for:

• Awarding Vouchers
• Displaying Voucher balances
• Confirming Voucher usage
• Providing event and tournament information
• Providing campaign information
• Providing other WPT ASIA-related services

In addition to these Terms, use of POKERSTATION may be subject to the terms of use, privacy policy, and other conditions established by the Japan eSports Poker Association.

WPT SEOUL is operated by Khartes Holdings Limited.

Participation in WPT SEOUL is subject to these Terms as well as the tournament rules, participation requirements, venue rules, and other conditions established for each event.

Eligibility, entry fees, prize pools, schedules, and other details of WPT SEOUL may be changed as necessary.

Users must comply with applicable laws, venue rules, and other requirements at the event location.

Because WPT ASIA operates in multiple countries and regions, the conditions, content, or value of Vouchers, events, tournaments, and other services may vary by country or region.

Users must review the conditions applicable in the country or region where they use the Services.

We or the Japan eSports Poker Association may conduct campaigns and promotions, including the free award of Vouchers.

Application and selection requirements, conditions for awarding Vouchers, expiration dates, and other details will be established separately for each campaign.

Campaign content may be changed or terminated as necessary.

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct when using the Services:

• Conduct that violates laws, regulations, public order, or morals
• Registering or providing false information
• Impersonating another person
• Fraudulently acquiring, using, transferring, or reselling a Voucher, POKERSTATION account, or other part of the Services
• Unauthorized system operation, unauthorized access, or other interference with operation of the Services
• Infringing intellectual property rights or other rights of us, the Japan eSports Poker Association, World Poker Tour, or any third party
• Using the Services for fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity
• Any other conduct we deem inappropriate

If a User violates these Terms, is suspected of fraudulent use, or if we otherwise determine that action is necessary for proper operation of the Services, we may take measures including:

• Suspending use of a Voucher
• Invalidating a Voucher
• Suspending use of the Services
• Taking any other necessary action

As a general rule, no compensation will be provided for a Voucher suspended or invalidated due to fraudulent conduct or similar reasons.

We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Services in any of the following circumstances:

• When performing system maintenance, inspection, or updates
• When responding to changes in laws, regulations, or other systems
• When required due to circumstances of an event, tournament, facility, or other related business
• When a natural disaster, accident, communication failure, or other circumstance beyond our reasonable control occurs
• When we otherwise determine that such action is necessary

When appropriate, we will notify Users through this website or another appropriate method.

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in this website, the Services, logos, images, videos, text, designs, and other content belong to us, World Poker Tour, or other legitimate rights holders.

Users may not reproduce, republish, modify, sell, or otherwise use such content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

We endeavor to provide information relating to the Services as accurately as possible, but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Except where we act intentionally or with gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by law, we will not be liable for damages suffered by a User arising from:

• Flight delays or cancellations
• Immigration or emigration issues
• Use of hotels, casinos, or other third-party facilities
• Changes to or cancellation of WPT ASIA-related events or tournaments
• Failure of an external service
• Loss or unauthorized use of a Voucher, account, or other information due to the User’s responsibility

We handle personal information acquired through the Services in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.

Personal information handled through POKERSTATION is subject to the privacy policy and other terms established by the Japan eSports Poker Association.

We may revise these Terms as necessary due to changes in law, changes to the Services, or other circumstances.

The revised Terms will be published on this website or announced through another appropriate method.

The governing law applicable to these Terms and the method for resolving disputes arising from the Services will be determined separately by us, taking into account our location, the region where the Services are provided, and other applicable laws.

Nothing in this Article limits any mandatory statutory provision or other right applicable to a User.
